Blueberry-banana shake
This is a quick nutritious shake if you don’t have too much time for breakfast. Just throw some fruit in the blender, add a dash of oat milk and you’re ready to go.
I used this:
100 grams of blueberries
1 banana
splash of Oatly oat milk
extra splash of water as needed, if you want your shake a bit thinner.
Just put it in the blender and your breakfast is ready.
If you want a slightly firmer breakfast, you can also add oat flakes and chia seeds.
Also ideal for the more mature fruit in your fruit basket which may not have the fresh bite anymore, but still has the flavour! It is perfect to be eaten or drunk in this way. Throwing something away is a waste.
