All designs are made by our Ikigai design team. The scarves are digital printed in limited quantities. This makes these scarves unique!

These scarves are produced from the finest quality merino wool from Australia. The spinning, weaving and printing is done in India in the factory of Amit, in Varanasi. This is a small set-up with real artisan professionals with knowledge which goes from generation to generation.

Merino wool is incredibly unique and offers numerous advantages. Firstly it is light weight, not only thinner than regular wool, but secondly also more adaptable, durable, flexible, safer, and fully sustainable and renewable. In addition, it does not itch, it provides good insulation, it’s wrinkle-resistant and keeps in shape due to its possession because of immense elasticity, it transport moisture, anti static properties, odour resistant, stain resistant, and fire resistant. All these characteristics make it one of the most versatile fibres in the world. And it does all this in a completely natural and sustainable way.
