Delicious side dish ♥


Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. 

Cut the eggplant into thin slices and place the slices in the baking dish.

Grab a bowl to make the marinade.

Add the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, paprika powder into the bowl and mix all ingredients together.

Use a spoon to brush both sides of the eggplant slices with sauce.
Make sure to cover all sides & edges with sauce.

Add the garlic in coarse pieces

Add the chili pepper.
(These two ingredients are for baking only, not to be eaten).

Bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.

Enjoy your smokey eggplant.
